We are the manufacturer of Cristobalite Powder. Our Manufacturing unit is in Tonk, Rajasthan.

We are manufacturing Approx.1000-ton powder in a month. Our Price is very competitive because of our own mines & plant is near to the mines.

The Process we are using for manufacturing such powder are as under :

First off, all washing the material
Then, heating of material
After that sizing of material
Then shorting of material.
In last drying, heating, grinding of material. Last step is easy but step before that is making issue in taking good production.
After all we are on average taking approx. 1000-ton production Per month. We have started manufacturing this basically from 2019
